Wholesale Matcha supplies organic matcha wholesale to formulators, tea brands, cafés and food manufacturers across the European Union. Three references are held in European stock: Organic Ceremonial Grade from Japan at €134.20/kg, Organic Grade AA from China at €81.40/kg and Organic Culinary Grade from China at €32.26/kg, all prices excluding VAT. One bag is the minimum order, the price per kilo is public and identical for every buyer, and orders placed before 12:00 ship the same day.
Three grades, one per application
The catalogue holds three references, each built for a different use. Organic Ceremonial Grade Matcha comes from shaded Japanese cultivation, milled to 70 mesh, in 10 kg bags. Organic Grade AA Matcha is a Chinese Yabukita cultivar, stone ground to 1,000 mesh, in 20 kg bags. Organic Culinary Grade Matcha is milled to 80 mesh and carries 4,850 mg of EGCG per 100 g, the highest figure in the range. One bag minimum, public pricing
There is no account to open and no volume threshold to reach. One bag is the minimum order, whether that is a 10 kg bag of Ceremonial Grade or a 20 kg bag of Culinary Grade. The price per kilo is published, identical for every buyer and never negotiated, so a first order and a repeat order are quoted the same way. European stock and delivery
Stock is held in Europe, so orders placed before 12:00 are dispatched the same day. Delivery takes three to five working days in mainland France and five to eight working days in the rest of the European Union, with shipping free from €500 excluding VAT. Intra-community VAT exemption applies to EU businesses holding a valid VAT number. Lead times, carriers and return conditions are set out on the shipping and returns page.

What is the minimum order?
One bag per reference: 10 kg for Japanese ceremonial matcha, 20 kg for grade AA and culinary. No other minimum, neither in value nor in number of references.
Do I have to be a business to order?
No. The price shown is a wholesale price open to everyone. European Union businesses holding a valid intra-community VAT number also benefit from the VAT exemption.
Does the price drop with volume?
No, and that is deliberate. One price per kilo per reference, public and the same for everyone, whatever the volume. Nothing to negotiate.
Are all the products certified organic?
Yes, all three references are certified under Regulation (EU) 2018/848 and British standards by the Soil Association, under code GB-ORG-05. The certificate is provided on request.
What are the delivery lead times?
3 to 5 working days to mainland France and 5 to 8 working days within the European Union. Orders confirmed before 12pm on a working day are prepared the same day.
